Our Process
HOW WE WORK
PHASE ONE
DESIGN CALL
The first step is a free 15 minute design call to chat about your project. During that call, we’ll talk about your project and the design needs. That way we can cater a proposal specific to you and your project.
PHASE TWO
PROPOSAL
After the call, I’ll send you an email with a detailed proposal that includes pricing, timeline, deliverables for your project, and your next steps. After it’s submitted and payment has been made, the fun part starts!
PHASE THREE
CONCEPTS
You will be guided through the entire design process. We develop a design direction and execute with drawings,3D models and more. Depending on your project needs and size, this may be days, weeks, or even months.
PHASE FOUR
COMPLETION
The final step is to reveal all the details put together in a Render Reveal presentation. An extensive network of resources and partnerships allow us to deliver outstanding, hands-on service, and beautifully creative solutions that bring our vision to life.

How much do you charge for your services?
Every project is unique — no two designs or scopes are ever the same. Our pricing is based on an hourly rate, determined by the estimated time required to complete your custom scope of work.
This flexible structure allows us to take on projects of any size and tailor our involvement to your needs.

Do I get 3D images like I see on HGTV?
Absolutely! We provide photorealistic 3D renderings and review your interactive 3D model together during our meetings. This helps you visualize your space with complete accuracy and collaborate in real time — ensuring every detail feels just right before moving forward

How do you specify materials with the E-Design Service?
We source materials from our trusted manufacturers as well as showrooms local to you. Once your selections are refined, samples are shipped directly to your home for review. After final approval, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and schedule a free sample pickup, so you can return everything hassle-free. We make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Will we drive around to different stores to pick out furniture in person?
Typically, we don’t shop from store to store. Limiting selections to what’s available locally can restrict both your options and your budget.
Instead, we curate an extensive digital selection of furniture, finishes, and materials — complete with photos, specifications, and samples — so you can make informed decisions from home. All items are presented with floor plans and 3D visuals to ensure everything fits beautifully.

Once I reach out - How long until we begin?
After you submit our contact form, we’ll reach out within 1–3 business days to schedule your initial consultation call. From there, we typically finalize contracts and approvals within a week — meaning we can usually begin your project within two weeks of your initial inquiry.
