This is hard because no two projects are the same. Essentially the pricing is hourly and determined by how many hours it will take to complete your custom scope of work. Our hourly pricing system allows us to tackle projects no matter the size and involvement level.

Absolutely! One of the aspects that allows us to capitalize our time in meetings is the fact that you have a true and accurate understanding of your design options. We not only provide you with 3D renderings but review your 3D model as well. This gives you the ability to collaborate and improve the design in real time.

When selecting materials for your design we specify from our direct manufacturers, as well as, finding showrooms in your area. Once you refine your final selections, samples are sent directly to your home to review. When final selections are approved by you; we send you a shipping label and schedule a mail pickup to send all your samples back to us - free of charge to the client. We want to make the process as stress-free as possible.

Typically we do not go store-to-store to shop for individual pieces.  Shopping for furniture in person greatly reduces the number of pieces available to you and reduce the price of you project significantly. To recreate the shopping experience at home, we try to gather as many photos, specifications, and product samples as possible to help you make an informed decision.  All of this information is presented with floorplans and a 3D model to understand scale.

Typically from the moment you submit our contact form, we will reach out with our consultation call within 1-3 days. It takes about one week for us to have an approved signed contract. Therefore, you can expect it to be two weeks until we have our first meeting.
